Sakarias is a fisherman, boat captain, surfer and spearfisher, with a lifetime of knowledge of Morotai’s ocean, weather and coastal environment. A respected member of his community, he has worked with A Liquid Future for eight years.
As Activities Manager, Sar brings local knowledge and community relationships into our programmes, helping us understand local priorities, engage people in ways that make sense, and connect our work with everyday life on the coast.
